- Once submitted, they appear in your student list and class roster instantly — no approval step needed.
You Stay in Control
Self-registration doesn't mean a free-for-all. You decide exactly which classes appear on the registration form — so students only see what you've made available. You can also collect custom information beyond name and email: emergency contacts, grade level, instrument, skill level, or anything else that matters for your organization. And if a class is at capacity, the registration form automatically places the student on a waitlist instead of enrolling them.

Self-registration is fully integrated with MyAT's class capacity system. Set a maximum student count for any class, and when that limit is reached, additional registrants are placed on a waitlist automatically.
