Record Daily Observations for Every Student in One Grid

Daily Tracking lets you define your own custom fields and log observations, scores, or status updates for every student at once — in a single grid view. Whether you're tracking behavior in a classroom, meals in a care home, or mobility in a therapy clinic, MyAT gives you a flexible, structured way to capture daily data and review it over time.

How Daily Tracking Works:

  • Define your own fields — give each one a name, and choose the type: dropdown, text, number, or checkbox.
  • Each day, open the Daily Tracking grid and you'll see every student in rows with your custom fields as columns.
  • Fill in one row per student and save — the whole class is logged in minutes.
  • Go back to any previous date to review or update entries.
  • Pull date-range reports to spot trends across days, weeks, or months.
  • Export your data to CSV or PDF for sharing, filing, or review.

Your Fields, Your Way

Daily Tracking doesn't assume what you need to record — you define it. A classroom teacher might track reading level, homework completion, and behavior. A care home might track meals eaten, mood, and mobility. A physical therapist might log exercise repetitions and pain level. Whatever matters in your setting, you build the form that captures it. Fields can be dropdowns with preset options, free-text notes, numeric scores, or simple yes/no checkboxes.

Spot Trends Over Time

The real power of Daily Tracking is what happens after a week, a month, or a term of data. MyAT's date-range reports let you see how a student's observations have changed over time — all the way down to a specific field. Consistent low scores on a particular metric become visible immediately, helping you intervene earlier and document patterns for parents, supervisors, or care plans.

Who Uses Daily Tracking?

Daily Tracking was designed for any setting where standard attendance isn't enough:

  • Teachers tracking behavior, participation, or homework completion for each student daily.
  • Care homes and assisted living facilities logging meals, mood, and mobility for residents.
  • Physical therapists and occupational therapists recording session progress.
  • Wellness coaches and personal trainers logging client metrics after every session.
  • Special education programs documenting IEP-related observations in a structured format.
